Stay in Great Missenden – The Cloisters Cottage Promotion

• This promotion is only available to the McCarthy Stone customer who reserves Cottage (plot) 117 at The Cloisters High Street, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, HP16 0BB.  In order to be eligible to claim this promotional offer, the customer must reserve the property on or before Friday 13th May 2022, and proceed to legally complete the purchase by Friday 1st July 2022.  
• Offer is only valid in respect of the above referenced property and is not available at any other property or McCarthy Stone development.
• The customer must reserve and complete the purchase of the property in accordance with the above dates in order to be eligible for the promotion.  Reservations and/or purchases completed outside of these dates are not eligible for the promotion.
• The promotional offer consists of the total value of 5 nights stay at a 4-star Great Missenden or similar local accommodation of the customer’s choice. Each nights stay shall be capped at no more than £100 (including VAT), totalling no more than £500 in promotional value for the entire stay. The nights can be claimed consecutively or as single stays. Meals and any expenses are excluded from this promotion.
• The offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
• The hotel stays must be claimed on or before Friday 2nd December 2022 in full. All outstanding stays that fall after this date will be forfeited and are not further redeemable for any substitute.
• McCarthy Stone reserves the right to cancel, amend, and/or terminate this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
• By taking part in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
