Matcham Grange Celebrates One Year

Matcham Grange homeowners joined the McCarthy Stone team in the development’s communal lounge to mark the milestone and celebrate a year of new friendships. Attendees enjoyed delicious cakes and a glass of fizz, with everyone raising a glass to toast a successful first year living at Matcham Grange.

As part of the celebration, McCarthy Stone kitchen staff put on a delicious spread for all the homeowners and guests to enjoy. Wine was also provided for homeowners to enjoy by Sales Consultant, Anita Mitchell.  As an added surprise, homeowner, John Andrew Bywater, treated guests to a special performance on his violin. Kelly Cooper, Estate Manager for McCarthy Stone, said: “We were delighted to celebrate 12 months since we opened the doors to Matcham Grange, which is an important milestone for us.

“Everyone here is incredibly proud to live here at the development, and a strong sense of community spirit has really developed over the past year, so it was wonderful to mark this fantastic occasion and celebrate in style.”
