Dan Jarvis, has marked the start of construction at McCarthy Stone’s new Retirement Living development in Barnsley.
Dan Jarvis MP joined McCarthy Stone’s Marketing Executive, Tina Morrell, and site manager, Mark Hornsby, at the site on Berneslai Close to explore development plans and officially celebrate the start of construction.
When complete, the new Barnsley development will comprise 43 one-bedroom and two-bedroom luxurious apartments. The sales launch is expected in summer 2020, with the first occupations scheduled for autumn 2020.
Dan Jarvis MP commented: “It was a pleasure to visit the site of McCarthy Stone’s upcoming development in Barnsley and mark the start of construction there. The plans for the build look fantastic and it’s hugely exciting that construction is now under way. I’m sure future homeowners will be very happy with the development and I look forward to seeing it when it’s complete.”
