Reservation deposit* £150.00

* This is a deposit payable to reserve a property. Once the tenancy has been agreed, your reservation deposit will be offset against the first month’s rent. Note this will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

Your service charge explained

Our service charge helps keep the shared areas of your development safe, welcoming and well looked after, while also covering additional services that make everyday life at our Retirement Living Plus developments easier and more enjoyable.

It covers the day-to-day services needed to keep the development running smoothly, as well as contributions to a fund for future maintenance. At Retirement Living Plus developments, it also includes one hour of domestic assistance each week. You can also enjoy subsidised seasonal food in our on-site restaurant. We work hard to manage these services efficiently and provide excellent value for homeowners.
