New homes for planners

If you’re not quite ready to move into a new retirement home right now, plan ahead by signing up to receive updates on properties that are still in the first stages of construction. It’s a great way to get to know us – and gives you plenty of time to decide if our welcoming communities are right for you. Plus, if you secure your new home early doors, you can relax and look forward to an easier and more manageable life. Our support will even take the stress out of your move.

How do I secure a new retirement home?

Simply browse our ‘coming soon’ developments and once you’ve found a community that appeals, register your interest online via the development page, or speak to our friendly team on 0800 201 4811. This allows us to keep you up to date on progress, including timelines, early bird offers and chances to visit. We’ll then guide you through the next steps, from reserving your new home and preparing for your move to settling into your new community.

What are the benefits of signing up early?

Once you’ve registered your interest in a new retirement development, you’ll be among the first to learn about major milestones, completion dates, services, amenities, events, pricing and how to reserve off-plan.

  • Having really got to know us and what we offer, you’ll feel confident in your choices
  • You’ll have plenty of time to prepare for your move – both practically and emotionally
  • With first pick of the new retirement properties, you’ll get exactly the home you want
  • You’ll enjoy access to early bird offers and exclusive events
  • Off-plan  prices are often lower than they will be once the property is built.
