How to rent a retirement property
Securing your rental home is quick and straightforward – and our friendly consultants are on hand to help you with every stage.
- Step 1: reserve your chosen property with a small deposit. This will be offset against your first month’s rental payment.
- Step 2: we’ll carry out our standard financial checks and take you through the rental agreement.
- Step 3: Once you’ve signed the rental agreement, you’re ready to move in and start enjoying your easier life.

Retirement Living
Easy independent living for people aged 60 and over. You’ll be looked after by a House Manager and enjoy shared amenities and a friendly community on the doorstep.
Retirement Living Plus
Independence combined with flexible assisted living for people aged 70 and over. Benefits include a chef-run bistro and optional Lifestyle Services from laundry to pet-sitting.
