Tyefield Place, a new McCarthy Stone Retirement Living development on High Street in Hadleigh, is proving to be a roaring success, with more than 60% of apartments sold off-plan ahead of its opening in summer 2019.
Currently under construction, Tyefield Place will eventually comprise a stylish collection of 35 one and two bedroom apartments, exclusively for those aged 60 and over.
Cheryl Bissett, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at McCarthy Stone East Midlands, said: “At McCarthy Stone our aim is to help older people stay independent for longer, so they can really make the most of their retirement, so we are delighted Tyefield Place has already proven so popular. It is great so many locals have the opportunity to downsize and maintain an active, independent lifestyle, surrounded by like-minded individuals.”

When complete, Tyefield Place will feature a homeowners’ lounge, ideal for socialising with friends; a convenient guest suite, should homeowners have friends or family to stay; and landscaped gardens which will be fully maintained by McCarthy Stone. A House Manager will take care of the smooth-running of the development, while video entry and a 24-hour emergency call system will provide added peace-of-mind.

Located in the heart of Hadleigh, Tyefield Place will be within easy reach of all the town’s amenities, including supermarkets and shops. Many homeowners will also be treated to incredible views across the River Brett and the surrounding meadowland.

Off plan prices at Tyefield Place currently start from £219,950 for a one bedroom apartment and from £289,950 for a two bedroom apartment.
McCarthy Stone’s neighbouring Lifestyle Living development, Manor Gardens, will also be an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy an independent and active lifestyle. Soon to be released for off-plan sales, Manor Gardens will eventually comprise an exclusive collection of 29 cottages and bungalows designed specifically for the over 55’s. The marketing suite is now open for appointments and locals are encourage to find out more information about what is on offer at Manor Gardens.

More than nine out of ten customers would recommend McCarthy Stone to a friend, ensuring it has received the full Five Star award for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation for 14 years’ running.  McCarthy Stone is the only UK housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade, which is every year the awards have been run.
