A date has been set for the long anticipated launch of Cross Penny Court, McCarthy Stone’s new Assisted Living development in Bury St Edmunds and already over 300 people have signed up to attend.

The exciting new concept will be launched to the public on Wednesday 6th November at The Athenaeum on Angel Hill. Three separate presentations will take place at 11am, 3pm and 6pm, lasting approximately 40 minutes, and will be the first opportunity for people to find out comprehensive details about the development, including prices.

Visitors at the event will be able to speak to McCarthy Stone’s experienced sales team, preview the plans for the development and ask any questions they may have about the new development.

Gill Sabin, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy Stone Midlands explains: “We are delighted to be launching Cross Penny Court and bringing an exciting new offering to Bury St Edmunds.  The launch event on the 6th November is designed to help potential purchasers and their families learn more about the benefits of Assisted Living and how we can help get them moving.

“We already have over 300 people planned to attend on the day and our 11am and 3pm session is already fully booked, so I would encourage anyone interested in finding out more about this popular development to book your space at the event now before it’s sold out!”

Cross Penny Court is located on Cotton Lane in Bury St Edmunds and when complete will provide 56 one and two bedroom purpose-built Assisted Living retirement apartments exclusively for the over 70s.

In addition to stylish, low maintenance properties, Cross Penny Court will also benefit from communal facilities, including a table service restaurant and homeowners’ lounge, plus personal care, domestic assistance and other support services all in a safe and secure environment that offers peace of mind and continued independence in a property they continue to own.

Staff will be on site 24 hours a day and can be called in an instant courtesy of the 24 hour emergency call system.  Importantly for both residents and their family, Assisted Living offers the reassurance and peace of mind that their loved ones are in good hands.

Due to high demand, please book your space at the event as soon as possible by calling McCarthy Stone on 0800 201 4741.
