This week we are delighted to once again be awarded the Home Builders Federation (HBF) full Five Star customer satisfaction rating.
This rating is the highest award any new homes developer can achieve and is only awarded when more than nine out of ten customers would recommend a company to a friend in the 8-week independent survey. At McCarthy Stone we are extremely proud to be the only housebuilder to have received this award every single year since they began!
As our estate of developments passes the 500 mark, this is an incredible recognition of the consistently high standards of build quality and excellent customer service we deliver.
It also highlights how we guide and support our customers through the purchasing process, including the provision of post-sales support, ensuring their peace of mind at every step of the way.
