We celebrated the opening of our 500th community with Anton Du Beke!
Priory House in Banstead, Surrey is our 500th managed development and to mark this milestone, homeowners and colleagues came together for a celebration - with the help of special celebrity guest Anton Du Beke. The Strictly Come Dancing star delighted guests with a dancing display, even taking a few lucky homeowners for a spin around the dance floor.
Priory House offers retirement homes for sale of rent in Banstead for the over 60s. It’s proving extremely popular, with over 80% of properties sold. The first homeowners arrived in October last year and this Retirement Living development is quickly forming a thriving and supportive community.

Offering older and more vulnerable people a better choice of accommodation to suit their changing needs can help them live independently and feel more connected to their communities.”
