Homeowners at McCarthy Stone’s Tyefield Place Retirement Living development in Hadleigh have launched an appeal to find ‘the missing pieces in its puzzle’ to complete their vibrant new community.

With just one apartment remaining at Tyefield Place, retirees are being urged to make the most of their last chance to come forward and join the fantastic set-up at the development on the High Street, where a mixture of couples and single homeowners currently live.

Comprising of 16 one and 19 two-bedroom privately-owned apartments exclusively for the over 60s, Tyefield Place welcomed its first homeowners in August.

Samantha Watkins, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at McCarthy Stone East Midlands, said: “Since we first opened the doors at Tyefield Place we’ve had an incredible amount of interest in the development, particularly from local people who want to enjoy their retirement in the area they are familiar with, but were looking to downsize to a more manageable and lower maintenance property.

“With the final apartment remaining at Tyefield Place, I would urge retirees to get in touch before it’s too late. Once moved in, the new homeowners will join the development’s bustling community – a place in which retirees are enjoying the very best in independent living within a safe and secure environment; with the opportunity to benefit from companionship when they want it and peace and quiet when they need it.”

Homeowners at Tyefield Place will not only be able to relax in the homeowners’ lounge, they will also be able to make the most of the beautiful landscaped gardens, knowing all the maintenance is taken care of by McCarthy Stone.  A House Manager oversees the day-to-day running of the development, while a secure entry system and 24 hour emergency call system provide added peace-of-mind for homeowners and their families.

Located in the heart of Hadleigh, Tyefield Place is within easy reach of all the town’s amenities, including supermarkets and shops. Many homeowners will also be treated to incredible views across the River Brett and the surrounding meadowland.

More than nine out of ten customers would recommend McCarthy Stone to a friend, ensuring it has received the full Five Star award for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation for 14 years’ running.  McCarthy Stone is the only UK housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade for 14 years, which is every year the awards have been run.
