An Award Winning Year
We are delighted to announce we have received the Housebuilder Special Recognition Award at this year's Housebuilder Awards, acknowledging the phenomenal work our people have done during an exceptional and challenging year.
Though this year has been an extremely difficult time for everyone, the award is proof of how we have all rallied together as a community to support one another. Infection rates remained significantly lower than all other age groups, all while offering more than 300 newly completed apartments in unoccupied developments to support the government and local authorities.
COVID-19 has highlighted the critical role of the retirement living sector in keeping older people safe and well, and this approach is at the core of our customer service ethos. We're transforming our business through new ways of working, new services and new tenures to help our homeowners enjoy retirement living, where they can be happier and healthier than before.
This is a new award especially for 2020, and we're thrilled to be recognised for how our employees and homeowners have continued to adapt in these forever changing times.
