McCarthy Stone, the housebuilder behind the Chiltern Place Retirement Living Plus development in Amersham, has given Amersham Band a helping hand with a donation of 2,500 bricks for their new band room project.
The band room is expected to be finished by summer 2020 and once complete, the band room will comprise of a single-story community building with a band hall, two teaching rooms, a library and other communal areas, with parking space for up to 24 vehicles.

The band room will make a huge difference to Amersham band, providing 'providing a state of the art rehearsal space and teaching and learning rooms that will benefit the whole community.”
