2020 Customer Satisfaction Five Star Award
We were delighted to again receive the Five Star Award for customer satisfaction from the HBF and NHBC in March 2020, making it the 15th year in succession that we have received this accolade. More than 90% of our customers would recommend us to a friend and we have had a 90%+ score for each year of the award. We remain the only UK developer, of any size or type, to win this award each year since it was established in 2005.
