Living in Ottery St. Mary
Ottery St. Mary, also known as Ottery, boasts a delightful location in East Devon, just a stone's throw from the county's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Though residents enjoy this charming, quiet, rural town, they can also benefit from easy access to major destinations, including Exeter, Taunton, Honiton and Stafford Cross.
Ottery's most significant building is St. Mary's church, a magnificent structure that dates back to the 14th century. The church contains many historical treasures, including a stunning astronomical clock. Ottery's nursery and garden centre is also a favourite amongst locals. There is a good range of amenities within the town, including a Post Office, supermarkets and various eateries.
