Discover Retirement Living with a big PLUS

In our delightfully hassle-free and high-spec Retirement Living PLUS apartments, we’ll help you take care of the little things – as well as the bigger chores - so you can focus on doing what you love. You’d find all the benefits of a Retirement Living development but with thoughtful extra services that are there for you now, and in the future. This includes a friendly manager onsite at all times and a chef run bistro, for when you don’t feel like cooking – or just fancy a barista-style coffee with a friend. An hour’s domestic support each week is included – more if you want it, plus there’s the option of tailored personal care on tap should you need it. Pets are welcome too!

Low maintenance and sociable

Our Retirement Living PLUS developments are designed to encourage community feeling to flourish, while also allowing you to enjoy the complete privacy of your own spacious retirement apartment. You’ll enjoy stylish well-maintained communal spaces, including the well-appointed lounge with free Wi-Fi, bistro/restaurant and a landscaped garden - ideal for meeting your friends, neighbours and family for a drink and a chat. Our communal facilities soon become social hubs – a hive of informal gatherings and regular clubs, events and meet-ups to suit all sorts of interests. You’ll find things like film nights, pie and mash lunches, knitting clubs, cocktail evenings, music, yoga, birthday parties and even the odd fiesta.

Safe, energy-efficient and secure

All our new retirement apartments are designed with intelligent ergonomics and Modern Methods of Construction to ensure they are a joy to live in. As well as being well-insulated, warm and energy-efficient - which could mean substantial savings on bills - they have the latest safety and security features built in. Apartments offer fully-fitted kitchens with integrated high-energy rated appliances, while master bedrooms have walk in wardrobes or fitted wardrobes as standard and a Sky Q connection point can be found in the living room. You’ll benefit from a 24-hour emergency call system, fire detection and door camera entry, so you can see who it is before answering the door - as well as the reassurance of a manager onsite.

A unique and idyllic location

Stroll outside the front door and you'll find established trees, picturesque parkland and bountiful wildlife, as well as walkways, cycle paths, nature trails, historic landmarks, artists’ studios, a café, farmers’ market, and sports grounds. Things to do in Chichester

Less than a mile from the new retirement development, the amenities and attractions of central Chichester will be easily accessible via new bus routes from Grayingwell Park, plus there is plentiful parking, for instance at Northgate Car Park, if you prefer to drive.

Chichester is a pretty Roman cathedral city and the only city in West Sussex. Its centre has very wide pedestrianised streets making it a very relaxing and pleasant place to shop and explore the historic buildings and Roman walls. There are lots of traditional pubs, restaurants and cafes to enjoy a spot of lunch or a good dinner and the famous cathedral and museum are right in the heart of the city.

As well as a visit to the cathedral, there are plenty of things to do in and around this historic city.  You can see a show at the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, visit Goodwood Races, including the Festival of Speed and also take a stroll around Chichester Harbour. Chichester train station is a few minutes’ walk from the city centre offering trains to London Victoria every 30 minutes – the journey takes around an hour and a half.
