One Month Rent Free or a contribution to your removals - Terms and Conditions

McCarthy & Stone are offering either one month’s rent free or a contribution to your removals on selected apartments, as stated on the promotional leaflet, email, or advert.
Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Offer may be withdrawn at any time by McCarthy & Stone.
The offer is not available on resale properties.

One Month Rent Free

One months’ rent, to be paid in full by McCarthy & Stone, after which the tenant shall be liable for ongoing rental payments.

You’ll complete a Pre-Move Removal survey, either at your home or via live video.
The removal company will help you declutter by removing unwanted items to Charity/Landfill on the day of your move.
The removal company will pack all your effects bound for you new home and transport to your new McCarthy & Stone home. They will then deliver and unpack on flat available work surfaces.
Transit insurance policy also included throughout the Removal process.
Under the terms of this offer, we will cover the cost of your removals service (to the value of £1550) where this can be undertaken within 1 or 2 days. If your removal takes longer than 2 days, you will be required to cover the additional charges.
