Moving home can bring lots of changes. That's why we're offering new tenants at selected developments flexible Lifestyle & Companionship Support to help make settling into their new home that little bit easier.

Whether it's help around your apartment, running an errand, getting out and about or simply enjoying some friendly company, you can choose how to use your support to suit you.

    Your Lifestyle & Companionship Support could be used for:

    • Housekeeping – including cleaning, laundry and ironing
    • Shopping & errands – a helping hand with everyday practical tasks
    • Paperwork – help with everyday paperwork and organisation
    • Companionship – friendly company and social connection
    • Getting out & about – company for appointments, outings and activities
    • Lifestyle support – flexible help to make everyday life that little bit easier

Support that fits around you

Your support doesn't have to look the same every week. You can choose the eligible Lifestyle Services that are most useful to you and change how you use your allowance during your first three months.

Available to new tenants commencing a qualifying tenancy at participating developments on or before 31 January 2027. Up to £780 of funded Lifestyle & Companionship Support per eligible tenant at participating RL developments and up to £390 per eligible tenant at participating RLP developments. Maximum two eligible tenants per property. Lifestyle Services hours must be used within three months of tenancy commencement. Not available to existing tenants or in conjunction with any other offer. Lifestyle & Companionship Support excludes regulated care activities. Full terms and conditions apply.
