ATTRACTIONS

One of the town’s main attractions is of course the famous racecourse, which holds the annual Cheltenham Festival and Gold Cup. However, this key fixture in the racing calendar is just one example of the many top events and meets the ground holds throughout the year – many of which being open to all age groups.

The award-winning Pittville Park is another must-see attraction and is the largest ornamental park in the town. The park itself is Grade II listed and contains beautiful, sprawling grounds, lakes, children’s play areas and the Pittville Pump Room. The historic Pump Room is often called the ‘jewel of Cheltenham’s Regency architecture’ – it’s also Grade I listed and perhaps the most impressive of the town’s spa buildings.
