After living in Yorkshire all her life, Jean Baxter (95) decided it was time to downsize from her detached four-bedroom house and relocate to Tunbridge Wells to be nearer to her daughters and grandchildren. To make the move easier, Jean chose to rent a two-bedroom apartment within McCarthy Stone’s Retirement Living Plus development, The Dairy.
Jean said; “I chose renting because it gave me the flexibility to move straight away, without the hassle of having to sell a property later down the line.”
