Face of the BBC’s Garden Rescue, Charlie took lead of the celebrations at Penny House with a demonstration on creating the perfect Christmas display bowl before performing a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

Guests at the event spent time getting to know Charlie as part of a candid Q&A session in the beautiful communal lounge over a glass of fizz and delicious light-bites from the on-site bistro, before enjoying some live entertainment. Topping off their experience, attendees were taken on a guided tour of the superb communal facilities within the community.
