• The equity share retained by McCarthy & Stone can be up to a 50% share; larger percentage equity shares can be discussed with the Sales Consultant but shall only be offered at McCarthy & Stone’s sole discretion.
• McCarthy & Stone’s share can be repaid at any time but shall be automatically repayable on the earliest of either resale, death or after 50 years.
• The price is not inclusive of service charge and payment shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
