Part, Buy, Part Rent: Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions:

• Only available on selected new apartments at participating developments.
• The equity share retained by McCarthy Stone can be up to a 50% share; larger percentage equity shares can be discussed with the Sales Consultant but shall only be offered at McCarthy Stone’s sole discretion.
• McCarthy Stone’s share can be repaid at any time but shall be automatically repayable on the earliest of either resale, death or after 50 years.
• The price is not inclusive of service charge and payment shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Please seek independent legal advice before buying an apartment under Part Buy, Part Rent.
• Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or on resale properties.
