Terms and Conditions

1. Submissions are open to all UK residents, except employees of McCarthy Stone, their immediate family or anyone directly connected with this initiative.
2. Submissions must be entirely the work of the entrant. All submitters warrant that they own the photos submitted and they have exclusive copyright.
3. Entries submitted posthumously will not be eligible.
4. The closing date for receipt of submissions is midnight on Saturday 15th May 2021.
5. To submit your photo, email entries to: [email protected] and include ‘My Favourite Spot in the subject header. Please include your name and contact details in the email and a short note about why you love the spot in your home.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disregard inappropriate, incomplete or illegible submissions.
7. Submitters may send a maximum of five photos in total and may only enter once.
8. By sending a photo the submitter automatically grants McCarthy Stone with an unrestricted, non-exclusive, irrevocable and perpetual licence to use any photograph submitted for any purpose in which McCarthy Stone deem appropriate for their own business purposes. Photographers will receive credit with each use.
9. The entrant’s personal data shall only be used for the proper administration of the Favourite Spot initiative unless the entrant has expressly opted in to receiving future marketing communications from McCarthy Stone via the entry form.
