• This promotion is only available to the McCarthy Stone customers at participating developments and must be redeemed on or before the offer closing date, as stated on the promotional leaflet, email, or advert.
• Offer is only valid in respect of the above referenced property and is not available at any other property or McCarthy Stone development.
• Offer can be claimed by reservation only, made directly with the sales consultant at the participating development in person, by phone or email. Reservations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, between the days of Tuesday – Saturday.
• This offer is not available to book or claim on Sunday or Monday.
• The promotional offer consists of the total of 1 x complimentary Lunch & Beverage for Two people dining together in the bistro.
• The offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.  
• The offer is subject to availability.
• McCarthy Stone reserves the right to cancel, amend, and/or terminate this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
