• This offer is only available on selected apartments at participating developments as specified below.
• Offer is valid for reservations made after the specified reservation date(s) below, that go on to legally complete the purchase of an apartment on or before the specified legal completion date(s) below.
• Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion except McCarthy & Stone’s Smooth Move offer.
• The offer is not available on resale, rental or Shared Ownership properties.
