Community Enquiry Referral
Terms & Conditions
- The Terms govern the Community Enquiry Referral Scheme, and the relationship between you and McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Limited, and its group companies (McCarthy & Stone).
- To be eligible to receive a £10 M&S voucher you must refer someone of the community who has consented to their details being taken and shared internally to be added to the designated developments database. No personal information provided will be shared with any external parties.
- You can make up to 20 referrals in any 30-day period. Referrals over this cap will not qualify for the offer unless otherwise specified in writing.
- If the Referee is someone who has enquired about McCarthy & Stone developments and given us their details before, then you will not be eligible for a gift card.
- At the time of the referral, the Referee must not have already been recommended by anyone else. The first referral card received by sales will be the referral that is processed.
- The referral gift card of £10 M&S voucher will be awarded to the eligible recipient within 30 days of the new customers details being processed onto the system with day 1 being the day the completed enquiry card is received.
- Referral gift cards will not be applied retrospectively.
- By providing us with your contact details making a referral you agree that we will use your data supplied to administer your gift card. Any information given in error and resulting in a failure to receive the card will not be remedied.
- The personal data acquired and processed by the consenting new referee shall only be shared with the sales team. You shall not provide that data to any third party (except as required at law) and you use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure including the proper disposal of any written customer information.
- McCarthy & Stone reserves the right to terminate this referral scheme at any time and with no prior notice.
