Service Charge Paid Terms and Conditions

• McCarthy & Stone are offering to pay up to 100% of annual service charge payable on selected apartments for a maximum of 2 years or until a change in ownership, whichever is the earlier.
• Any reservations made prior to the specified offer start date, or after the specified reservation date(s) stated below, shall not be eligible for this offer.
• Check the Participating Property list below to see which sites this offer applies to and when to reserve before in order to claim the offer.
• The level of discount and length of time of the offer varies by development and no negotiation will be entered into.
• The amount of annual service charge applicable as part of this offer shall be deducted from the purchase price and shall be payable on completion.
• McCarthy & Stone shall pay for the standard service charge offering only.
• Offer does not apply to additional and optional care packages offered at Retirement Living PLUS properties.
• Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion except McCarthy & Stone’s Smooth Move offer.
• The offer is not available on resale properties. 
• This offer excludes rentals.
• This offer is non-transferable and can be withdrawn at any time by McCarthy & Stone.
• There is no cash alternative for this offer.
