Rental Offer Terms and Conditions

  • Reserve a rental apartment at a participating development and legally complete by 31st August 2026 to qualify for this promotion.
  • The promotion is available at participating developments only and on selected apartments only, as specified in the relevant promotional material or by the rental consultant.
  • The £1,000 cash incentive applicable per qualifying rental apartment. The payment will be issued only after legal completion has taken place and in accordance with the promoter’s fulfilment process.
  • The £500 cash incentive applicable per qualifying rental apartment. The payment will be issued at the end of the twelfth month of tenancy.
  • The incentive is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for credit or any other alternative.
  • Any reservation made after the closing date of the promotion will not qualify. If legal completion of the rental apartment does not take place by 31st August, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the incentive.
  • If the tenancy ends prior to the twelfth month the £500 promotion will not qualify.
  • This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, incentive or promotion unless expressly agreed in writing at the promoter’s sole discretion. Only one incentive may be applied per apartment.
  • The offer is not available on resale properties, part-exchange resales, or private rental properties, and is available to selected renters only.
  • This promotion is non-transferable and may be withdrawn, amended, or terminated at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control or where required for legal, commercial, or operational reasons.
  • All renters remain subject to contract, reservation terms, and the standard tenancy documentation for the relevant development.
