• McCarthy & Stone are offering a price discount on new selected properties at participating developments as listed below. The value of the discount will be as stated on the promotional leaflet, email or advert.
• To qualify for this offer you must legally complete on property, at a participating development by 31st October 2026.
• Any reservations made prior to the specified offer start date, or after the specified reservation date(s) stated below, shall not be eligible for this offer.
• The discount will be deducted from the purchase price on completion. - Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
• Despite various offers being available at each participating development, only one offer is redeemable per apartment (unless expressly specified otherwise by McCarthy & Stone at its sole discretion).
• The offer is not available on resale or rental properties.
• The offer excludes Older Persons Shared Ownership (OPSO) properties.
• This offer is non-transferable and can be withdrawn at any time by McCarthy & Stone.

 

Service Charge Contribution - Terms and Conditions

• McCarthy & Stone is offering to pay £10,000 towards the service charge when you legally complete on a new property before 31st October 2026.

• Any reservations made prior to the specified offer start date, or after the specified reservation date(s) stated below, shall not be eligible for this offer.
• The offer is available at participating developments only, as listed below.
• The amount applicable as part of this offer shall be deducted from the purchase price at completion.
• Offer does not apply to additional and optional care packages offered at Retirement Living PLUS properties.
