The Housing Ombudsman is a free, independent and impartial organisation which resolves disputes between tenants and landlords.
The Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code sets out requirements for us as a landlord which detail how we must handle complaints. Compliance with the code forms part of our obligations as a Registered Social Landlord.
