We limit the number of apartments in each of our developments in order to encourage a close-knit community feel; in Nuneaton there will be just 25 one bedroom and 26 two bedroom apartments available. Our House Manager is on-site during office hours to assist residents with any issues or queries. The safety and security of our residents is a top priority at McCarthy Stone. Living in Nuneaton
Nuneaton is a lively and vibrant town with plenty to see and do. The town centre itself is self- contained within the A444 ring road, and the McCarthy Stone development is located just beyond this, close enough to reach the centre within minutes, but separate enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the bustle of town. The town centre boasts extensive retail options, including Ropewalk Shopping Centre and Abbeygate Shopping Centre housing all the high street names, plenty of charity shops, and a Debenhams department store.
Residents will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, with a range of high-quality restaurants offering cuisines from around the world. Anthony’s Café and Bistro is a popular haunt for a spot of lunch, a leisurely coffee or a decadent afternoon tea. Riversley Park on the banks of the River Anker is a pleasant place to take a stroll while the sun shines.
