If you love the great outdoors, then Beacon Park is the place to be. Set in more than 70 acres of beautiful gardens, here you can enjoy a leisurely walk, a round of golf, a tennis match or a game of bowls. As you wander around the park, you’ll also find information boards that tell you more about the area’s rich historical past. Refreshments and ice cream are available in the bistro and the cafe next to the children's play area during peak season.

There’s a mainline train station in the centre that offers regular links to Birmingham and London. It’s also easy to travel by road.
