Some parking is available for both homeowners and their visitors at most McCarthy & Stone developments. Find answers to common questions about our parking spaces here.
Do all McCarthy & Stone retirement developments have parking?
Not all, but most McCarthy & Stone retirement communities offer some sort of on-site parking, although availability varies from development to development.
If the development offers retirement bungalows, these usually have private parking spaces and/or garages included. With our retirement apartments some communities offer parking via permit schemes, while at others there will be a limited number of private parking spaces available to purchase on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you’re keen to keep your car when you move, then it’s a good idea to talk to the team at your chosen development – they will be happy to answer all your queries.
