All of our assisted living properties are designed with intelligent ergonomics to ensure they are a joy to live in, energy efficient, light and warm. They have the latest safety features built in, including a 24-hour emergency call system, fire detection and video door entry, as well as the reassurance of a manager onsite at all times. Many have private balconies and patios. Car parking is usually available too

Beautiful communal facilities for socialising 

You'll find lounges, large gardens and roof terraces designed for socialising and relaxing.  These communal facilities soon become social hubs – a hive of informal gatherings,  regular clubs, events and meet-ups. There's things like film nights, gardening clubs, pie and mash lunches, knitting clubs and cocktails. Best of all, we take on all the maintenance of shared areas, inside and out, so you can devote your time to the things you most enjoy. 

Independent lifestyle support services 

You’ll benefit from a  CQC regulated manager who runs the development, fixes issues and is on hand to help. There's always a manager onsite 24/7 in case of emergencies. On-site support is provided by a friendly team. Services include:

• Domestic assistance –  one hour per week of domestic help in included in the service charge. For an additional fee the team can help with tasks like cleaning, changing beds,  shopping for groceries and posting letters. 
• Personal support –  you can choose the support you need when you need it. We can help with things like getting up in the morning, preparing breakfast,  medical appointments and convalescence.
• Laundry service – the team can collect your laundry and return it washed and ironed.

Retirement Living PLUS restaurants 

Serving everyday classics and tempting treats, barista-style coffees and your favourite tipple, our subsidised on-site chef-run bistro serve freshly prepared food all year round – perfect for those days when you don’t feel like cooking. Hotel-style guest suites 

No more making up the spare bed (unless you want to!). Our lovely hotel-style guest suites make it simple to host family and friends for overnight stays – and homeowners can also book guest suites across the country for a fantastically priced holiday.
