Our customers satisfaction survey results
As a provider of Shared Ownership homes, we ask for feedback on relevant parts of the Government’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). We asked all our Shared Ownership homeowners to take part in a survey in November 2024. We received 148 responses and these are the results:

Are satisfied that their landlord listens to tenant views and acts upon them.

Are satisfied that their landlord keeps them informed about things that matter to them.

Are satisfied with their landlord’s approach to complaints handling (only applies if they made a complaint in the last 12 months).

Are satisfied that their landlord keeps communal areas clean and well maintained.

Are satisfied that their landlord makes a positive contribution to the neighbourhood.
