Happiness is a home designed around you

“I wish I’d done it sooner”, is a phrase McCarthy Stone homeowners use time and time again to describe their move to a beautiful new retirement property…and the easier lifestyle that comes with it.

Our homes are designed for your comfort and peace of mind:

  • The privacy of your own home means ‘alone time’ is always an option but with a sociable community on your doorstep loneliness is never a problem.
  • You’re totally independent but with the added security of a 24/7 emergency alarm and friendly staff on-site you’ll feel completely safe and secure.
  • With the bigger jobs taken care of there’s more time to enjoy the finer things in life, like golf, lunches out or film nights with friends in the shared lounge.
