Part exchange
Looking for a quick, straightforward route into your new home? With Part Exchange you have a cash buyer, removing the risk of property chains and estate agent fees. Nearly 40% of our homeowners have used Part Exchange, with most completing their move in an average of 44 days. There’s no need to feel rushed, though. You can retain access to your old property for up to a fortnight after completion.
Free removals and fees covered
With Smooth Move, our specialist removers can help you declutter, pack, transport and unpack your belongings. We can even arrange for pictures and mirrors to be hung, along with other small tasks to help you feel right at home. You’ll also receive up to £1,000 towards legal fees and £2,500 towards estate agent costs.
Help & advice
If you’re looking to buy or rent one of our retirement properties, our free advice service can help make sure you’re receiving the right government entitlements you’re entitled to, such as Attendance Allowance and Pension Credit. We can help you complete the forms and follow up on the progress of your application.

- To be eligible for this incentive, you must reserve a qualifying property at a participating development during the applicable promotional period and legally complete the purchase of that property by 30 October 2026. Reservations made before 6th August will not be eligible for this offer.
