We are currently trialling over 20 new exciting projects for our customers, ranging from basic financial products like specialist home insurance for our retirement communities, right through to car- clubs, exercise classes and innovative technology to monitor the health and wellbeing of our customers to help them lead happier, healthier lives.
Over the last few months we have been holding several focus groups with customers and their friends and families to get an insight into what more we can offer, to share early ideas, seek feedback and guide the development of the new products and services that we are trialling.
