70% is the standard option – there are options to increase this over time, known as staircasing.

It lies in the River Darent valley, 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Sevenoaks and was a centre of pottery, tiles and brickmaking from the 17th century onwards. The village has a thriving community: The Pavilion at the recreation grounds has a community café and classes such as Easy Netball; the Dunton Green Social Club, established in 1907, offers entertainment in the village most weekends including Family Bingo and live music.
