Part Exchange Terms and Conditions
- Available only on selected new apartments at participating developments
- Any offer of part exchange is subject to survey, contract and the terms and conditions of the Part Exchange provider
- Any offer of part exchange is offered for properties up to a value of £600,000. Properties with a higher value are also considered on a discretionary basis
- Any offer of part exchange is conditional upon current property to be marketed from acceptance (at the discretion of the part exchange provider)
- Any offer is made subject to acceptance within 7 days
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
- This offer includes a contribution of up to £1,000 towards solicitors fees (incl. VAT) in England and Wales. McCarthy Stone recommended solicitors must be used. In Scotland, we do not pay any contribution to solicitors
- In Scotland, you will need to provide us with a Home Buyers Report
- A handyman service is available in the first 30 days after completion
- Removals and decluttering service is available upon request
- The offer may be withdrawn by McCarthy & Stone at any time
