Campbell House - Move For Free Offer Terms and Conditions

  • This offer opens on 1st June 2022 and will close on 26th August.  Any reservations made prior to 1st June 2022 shall not be eligible for this offer.
  • Available on selected new apartments available for purchase at participating developments only (excludes re-sale properties and rentals).
  • In order to be eligible for this offer, you must:
    • Reserve a McCarthy Stone apartment before 26th August 2022; and
    • Legally complete on the purchase of your apartment before 28th October 2022.
  • Eligible participants in this offer shall receive:
    • Estate Agents fees paid up to a value of £7,500 (including VAT);
    • Legal fees paid up to a value of £2,000 (including VAT and disbursements).
    • Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on the purchase of your apartment.
    • Removals service (if required).
  • Any fees in excess of the above listed shall be borne by the purchaser.
  • Legal costs and SDLT shall be deducted from the purchase price and shall be payable on completion.
  • SDLT shall be paid at the Single Property Rate only.  If the Additional Home Rate applies to the purchase of a McCarthy Stone apartment, the difference in rates shall be borne by the purchaser.
  • For apartments in Wales, Land Transaction Tax (LTT) shall apply. For apartments in Scotland, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) shall apply.  Both LTT and LBTT shall be paid by McCarthy Stone as outlined for SDLT above.
  • McCarthy Stone’s recommended Estate Agents and Solicitors must be used to qualify for the offer – please ask for details.
  • Removals service available where requested – belongings are unpacked to a flat surface.
  • There is no cash alternative available for this offer.
  • Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
