Walter House Off Plan Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• All customers of McCarthy Stone who purchase their apartment at Walter Place during the off-plan stage (i.e. before midnight on 25 February 2022) shall be automatically entered into the prize draw.  Any purchases after 28 February 2022 shall not be considered. This offer is not available on rental or resale properties. 
• There is one prize of benefiting from no service charge for one whole year, calculated as a deduction from the total purchase price payable at completion.
• The closing date for entries is midnight on 25 February 2022.
• The draw will be made on 11/03/2022.
• The winning entry will be drawn at random from all valid entries received. The Promoter’s announcement of the winning entrant is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
• The Promoter will notify the winner using the contact details stored on its database. For confirmation of the winner’s name please contact the Walter House sales team directly within 14 days of the draw date.
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• McCarthy & Stone’s use of any personal information shall comply with its privacy policy, a copy of which can be found at www.mccarthyandstone.co.uk. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information for the proper administration of this Prize Draw. 
• The winner agrees to take part in non-paid publicity (including photography if required) relating to the prize draw.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, and/or terminate this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
• By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
