  • This offer is available on selected new apartments available for purchase at Samuel House only. They are apartment; 3,11,16,20 and 28.
  • In order to be eligible for this offer, you must:
  1. Reserve a McCarthy Stone apartment before 31st August 2022; and
  • Eligible participants in this offer shall receive:
  1. Estate Agents fees paid up to a value of £2,500 (including VAT);
  2. Legal fees paid up to a value of £1,000 (including VAT and disbursements);
  3. Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on the purchase of your apartment up to £15,000;
  4. Removals service.
  • Any fees in excess of the above listed shall be borne by the purchaser.
  • Legal costs and SDLT shall be paid by way of an allowance, payable on by competition.
