- This offer is available on selected new apartments available for purchase at Samuel House only. They are apartment; 3,11,16,20 and 28.
- In order to be eligible for this offer, you must:
- Reserve a McCarthy Stone apartment before 31st August 2022; and
- Eligible participants in this offer shall receive:
- Estate Agents fees paid up to a value of £2,500 (including VAT);
- Legal fees paid up to a value of £1,000 (including VAT and disbursements);
- Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on the purchase of your apartment up to £15,000;
- Removals service.
- Any fees in excess of the above listed shall be borne by the purchaser.
- Legal costs and SDLT shall be paid by way of an allowance, payable on by competition.
