This offer commences on 30 May 2025 and will expire on 31 October 2025.  Any reservations made prior to 30 May 2025 shall not be eligible for this offer.

Available on new apartments available for purchase at participating developments only (excludes re-sale properties and rentals).

To be eligible for this offer, you must complete the reservation on the apartment by 01 August 2025 and have legally completed the purchase of an apartment by 31 October 2025.

Eligible participants in this offer shall receive:
- An allowance towards Estate Agent fees will be given to a capped value of £3,500 (incl. VAT).  
- An allowance towards Legal fees will be given to a capped value of £2,000 (incl. VAT and all disbursements). 
- An allowance towards Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) will be given to a capped value of £2,500 and will be calculated on the shared ownership % purchase of your apartment.
- Standard one day removals service (if required).

Any fees in excess of the amounts listed above shall be borne by the purchaser.
