This offer allows eligible participants to choose between the following when they legally complete a tenancy agreement for an apartment:

Gift card to be supplied within 28 business days of completion.
McCarthy Stone reserve the right to substitute gift cards of lesser, equal or of greater value.
No cash alternative is available for this offer.
Offer is subject to availability.
Offer is not available to existing McCarthy Stone homeowners or rental tenants.
Only available on legal completion of a tenancy agreement.
Restricted to a maximum of one gift card per apartment.
The M&S promotional offer must be mentioned upon reservation to receive the offer.
This offer is available to new reservations who legally complete a tenancy agreement before the specified offer closing date as stated on the promotional leaflet, email, or advert.
If one months’ free rent is chosen, this will include service charge, which will be paid in full by McCarthy Stone after which the tenant shall be liable for ongoing rental payments and service charges.
If the removals service is chosen rather than the free months’ rent, belongings are unpacked to a flat surface.
