• To be eligible for this offer, you must: 

1. Reserve the apartment by 30th September 2022; and 
2. Legally complete the purchase by 31st October 2022

• This offer is available on apartment 27 at Langton House only. No other apartments and/or developments are eligible for this offer
• McCarthy Stone will pay the first 10 years of service charge in full after which the homeowner shall be liable for ongoing service charge payments
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
