Eastland Grange Lockdown Lifts Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to Hunstanton residents only (or those living within a 5 mile radius of Hunstanton), except employees of McCarthy Stone, their immediate family or anyone directly connected with this competition.
2. McCarthy Stone in its sole discretion will decide on the winning entry. The criteria will include (but not be limited to) someone in the Hunstanton community who’s charitable or goodwill efforts throughout the Covid-19 pandemic have so far gone unrecognised.
3. The judge will be a group of homeowners at Eastland Grange who are independent and their decision will be final.
4. McCarthy Stone will notify the winner by email or telephone by 24th July 2021.
5. The closing date is 23:59 on Sunday 29th June 2021. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify inappropriate entries.
6. The entries will be judged by 24th July 2021.
7. We will notify the person nominating by email and/or telephone to obtain the winner’s details. The Promoter’s announcement of the winning entrant is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If the nominator and/or winner cannot be contacted within one week the promoter reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
8. Entries are to be emailed to [email protected] with the subject header ‘Eastland Grange Lockdown Lifts Competition’ by the closing date.
9. To enter you must nominate someone from Hunstanton, who’s charitable or goodwill efforts throughout the Covid-19 pandemic have made a positive difference in the community.
10. The person nominating may only nominate a single named person a total of one time. Duplicate entries will be removed. There is no limit on the number of other single name nominations they can make.
11. There is one prize of a Belmont Gift Box. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
12. The nominator and winner will be asked to take part in non-paid publicity (including photography if required), relating to the competition.
13. The nominator and winner’s personal data shall only be used for the proper administration of the competition.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to control, amend, and terminate this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to entrants or third parties.
15. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoters for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.
16. Due to the volume of applications, unselected nominations will not be notified.
17. The Promoters reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to disqualify participants considered to have not complied with any of these terms and conditions; or any participant who they reasonably believe has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
18. By taking part in this competition, the person nominating agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
