Christmas Crackers Awards - Terms and Conditions

1. The 10 winners were selected by McCarthy Stone at its discretion and its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard (the “Winners”).
2. Each of these 10 Winners will be announced on separate days on McCarthy Stone’s social media channels and here.  
3. Winners above 18 years old will each receive a bottle of champagne and a certificate and a winner under 18 years old will receive a voucher and a certificate (the “Prize”)
4. The Prize will be delivered to the Winners at their McCarthy Stone home addresses. 
5. Each of the Winners will be entered into a draw and the public will vote for the overall winner (the “Overall Winner”).
6. The link enabling the public to vote will be shared once the 10 Winners have been announced on 10th December, noon.
7. Voting will be taking place from 10th December, noon and the closing date is midnight on 14th December.
8. The Overall Winner will be announced on McCarthy Stone’s social media channels and here on 17th December.
9. The Overall Winner will receive an additional prize of a hamper selected by McCarthy Stone.
