• Offer is only valid in respect of the above referenced property and is not available at any other property or McCarthy Stone development.
• To claim this promotional offer, the customer must redeem on or before:

1. At Augustus House on or before 1st October 2022
2. At Hampton Place between 4th - 8th October 2022
3. At Casterbridge Court between 27th September - 1st October 2022

• Offer can be claimed by reservation only, made directly with the sales consultant at the participating development in person, by phone or email. Reservations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, between the days of Tuesday – Saturday.
• This offer is not available to book or claim on Sunday or Monday.

• The offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
• The offer is subject to availability.
