• The offer includes overnight accommodation for up to 2 people for a maximum of 2 nights, as stated on the promotional leaflet, email, or advert.
• The offer is only available at participating developments and is subject to availability.
• The 2 nights must be consecutive and at the same development.
• The offer is open to UK residents aged 60 and over for Retirement Living developments, 70 and over for Retirement Living PLUS developments or 55 and over for Lifestyle Living developments excluding employees of McCarthy Stone and their immediate family.
• A tour of the development with the sales consultant must be taken during the stay.
• The offer may only be used once.
• Breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
• Pets will not be permitted.
• The offer does not include expenses of any kind including insurance cover or travel, it is the guests’ responsibility to make the necessary arrangements.
